This year things are going from strength to strength for self-confessed Essex boy Dream Mclean, who is set to drop his debut EP ‘Weatherman’ on May 22nd, courtesy of Chase & Status’ MTA Records imprint.

Boasting production from Johan Hugo (M.I.A, Santigold), HighFrequency and Jason Farsight, this EP promises to deliver Dream in his rawest and deepest form. From the witty, up-tempo sounds of ‘Weatherman’, through to the darker uninhibited ‘Titanic’, to the frank & candid ‘White Lies’, one thing is for certain - you haven’t heard Dream like this before!

With previous support from the likes of Mistajam, Zane Lowe, Annie Mac & Charlie Sloth, Dream Mclean looks set to take the world by storm with his uniquely British sound.

Dream Mclean - Sloe Gin [Radio Rip]

The super-underrated Dream Mclean is in good space since signing to Chase And Status’ label MTA Records. Sloe Gin is that new wave, it’s Dream flowing easy over a beat that can only be described as “spacey”, with it’s fluctuating synths, hovering over the steady, head-nodding beat.

Dream continues to develop and show even more composure and skill, the journey is an exiting one as he finds the freedom to transcend genres and cultures with his own style.
